Bhd., PETROSNiaga Sdn. Bhd., Sarawak Gas Distribution Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as "PETROS Group", "us" or "we") collect, store and handle personal information (as defined below) of individuals, including visitors to PETROS website or mobile applications, recipients of electronic communications from us, viewers of our advertisements or other online content, individuals who interact with us through social media websites and other websites and applications in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the laws of Malaysia. PETROS refers to Petroleum Sarawak Berhad [Registration No.:201701025772), a Company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 2016 having its registered address at Level 6, CT660, Block C, iCOM Square, Jalan Pending, 93450, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia and/or its Related Corporations, as may be applicable, and includes their successors, assigns, employees and agents.

Related Corporations means the related corporations as defined under the Companies Act, 2016.

Services includes PETROS Website and/or using of our website from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy, through the software applications made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices (Apps), through social media pages such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Facebook etc (social media pages), as well as through email that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use refers to the terms and conditions which govern the relationship between you and PETROS for the use of the Services to which you are granted permission to access.

Website means SGD’ website (www.sarawakgas.com), which is subject to change from time to time.

You and Your refers to the person or entity accessing and using the Services.

• We also use your information to send you operation-related emails (e.g., account verification, procurement and tax invoicing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

• In respect of information which is collected from you automatically, to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service, when you choose to do so, as well as being part of our efforts to keep our Service safe and secure;
